That tangy-sweet balance is spot on—the organic citric acid really cuts through the sweetness of the Parfait Amour without making it sharp. Poured it over a big ice cube and it was gone embarrassingly fast.
The Bols Parfait Amour gives it this lovely violet-tinged sweetness that I didn't expect from a gin cocktail. The citric acid keeps it from cloying, so it drinks more like a grown-up lemonade. I'll definitely be adding this box to my regular rotation.
